: : Sarawak in KL : :
From Kuching News site, found a link to theStar article about a cafe that will be set up in Kuala Lumpur offering some tempting Sarawakian food. Wonder if they will also do the delicious ethnic/native foods as well. Halal ones of course.

I always wonder what's the exact difference between Sarawakian food and the food over at West Msia....
the style of cooking certain dishes. that's all. :)
every state has it's own way of cooking and certain dishes are uniquely sarawakian e.g. the sarawak laksa, the kolo mee.
try it out and u'll see what i mean. ^_^
couldn't access the article, but i must say that's some really good news. can't wait to try some authentic sarawakian food after looking at all the pics u posted.
mmmm... I'm a Sarawakian working in Peninsular Msia. Really miss Sarawak Laksa & kam puah mee. (but not Kolo mee).. as well as some of the dishes like Bilin fern and those local fruits which can't be found over here ...
