: : Sarawak in KL : :

From Kuching News site, found a link to theStar article about a cafe that will be set up in Kuala Lumpur offering some tempting Sarawakian food. Wonder if they will also do the delicious ethnic/native foods as well. Halal ones of course.

I always wonder what's the exact difference between Sarawakian food and the food over at West Msia....

the style of cooking certain dishes. that's all. :)

every state has it's own way of cooking and certain dishes are uniquely sarawakian e.g. the sarawak laksa, the kolo mee.

try it out and u'll see what i mean. ^_^
