Was just surfing around when I read about Roasting a Pig in an Open Pit from the eGullet Culinary Institute. Not just any small suckling pig but one big fat adult one! Aiyo! That's a 150 lb (68 kg) pig they're roasting. Seriously ambitious.

Anyone up to trying it? :p
